Now Matters Now. Online video-based coping skills and live support groups for those experiencing suicidal thoughts and/or emotions and problems that feel overwhelming or unsolvable. Offers research-based ways for managing the most painful moments of life, based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which is proven to be helpful for people considering suicide.
